I booked a flat with Antariksh Sanskriti Group at NH24 ghaziabad.
I had purchased this property in 2012 with a commitment of possession in 2014. Being a working middle class individual, I was looking forward to the delivery of this flat where I have put in all my hard earned savings. I have been regularly visiting the site and meeting the representative Mr Rohit and on every visit I was been assured that in next 6 months we will be able to give the possession although no progress is seen at the project site. I have already made 90-95% payment for my flat. As I am not able to get this property I am forced to stay on rent which is again impacting my financial stability. With the impact of Loan, rent, interest and other increased costs I am under huge financial strain.
The project is inevitably delayed and is now completely sealed by the Ghaziabad Development authority as the builder failed to pay the development charges to the authority of 42 crores. The Antriksh group builder has eaten up all the hard earned money of the buyers and is now not answering. We feel badly cheated by the fraud builder.
I want that this matter be addressed immediately and some action is taken against the builder.
We call for justice for the benefit of the buyers. Was this information helpful? |
In such a case, you have the right to drag the builder to the RERA court or NCLT court because the RERA court is the only court that is established to handle the builder dispute matter only and the only court which has the authority to execute the judgment. You can also approach NCLT court because in such cases NCLT dissolves the company and appoints IRP to compensate the homebuyers. Furthermore, if you have any queries regarding the legal action against the builder you can call or WhatsApp me at [protected].
