Anu Solar Water heater Bangalore — Pathetic service

Service center does not solve problems and they do not pick calls from customers. They treat customers so badly. My Father was calling them daily for more than 3 weeks and they do not respond properlyalso they are not sending representative as the system which has warranty for 7 years stopped working after 2 years of purchase. After many complaints representative comes and has asked us to replace the water tank as it is not working and we paid 3500/- for new tank. Again there is no response from them and no one from call center picks up our calls. Please take action on such type of companies by cancelling there license. I request Indian government "DO NOT give subsidy for such type of companies."
