Anu Thomas — Unauthorized plot sale in Tilori, Krishna Kunj , Greater Faridabad

COMPLAINT IN THE NAME OF A FRAUDULENT PLOT SELLER COMPANY NAME, GRPL GLOBE REALTY, NOIDA AGAINST MR. VISHAL SHARMA, MR.VAIBHAV JUNGRAN & MR.BUNTY CHAUHAN OF KRISHNA KUNJ, TILORI, GREATER FARIDAD FOR SELLING FRAUDULENT PLOT

Mr. Vishal Sharma and Vaibhav Jungran both acted as Directors, while Bunty Chauhan is a GRPL Globe Realty Noida employee, according to the complaint.(Fraudulent plot sellers)

All of the above-mentioned principle defendants are selling a fraudulent plot to me in Krishna Kunj Tilori, Greater Faridabad (Ms. Anu Thomas, Flat No. 387, Group 1, Pocket C, Hastsal
DDA Janta Flat, New Delhi).

Vishal Sharma, the primary accused, had processed me for a 100 sq. ft. property in Krishna kunj, Tilori, Greater Faridabad, with a plot number. Mr. Jaggu, who is still residing in Tilori, Greater Faridabad, measured and bordered the plot.

I had paid a total of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- for the plot, plus an additional Rs. 20, 000/- for the property's boundary.

Bunty Chauhan, a GRPL Globe Realty Pvt Ltd employee, has always received money and cheques from me for the value of the plot and issued me a receipt for the plot in the name of GRPL Globe Realty Pvt. Limited. I'd like Bunty Chauhan to doubt the veracity of this story as well.

In addition to showing me the plot, they informed me that all amenities would be available to buyers at the time of your plot’s registry. The following amenities are Formerly outlined in the Plot buyer's agreement

• Temple
• Park
• Electrical connection
• Drainage
• Sewage line
• Club
• Boundry wall around each plot
• Footpath.
• Cemented road etc.

Further, they transferred me a possession letter on GRPL letterhead. Since also, I've tried reaching the main indicted Mr. Vishal Sharma, Vaibhav Jungran, and Bunty Chauhan several times for the plot Registry, but now they're all underground.
I respectfully urge that you conduct an investigation and issue a warning letter to them, requesting that they repay my valued money of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- plus interest against the plot and Rs. 20, 000/- plus interest against the plot's border. Mr. Vishal Sharma is the main defendant.
