Consumer number : 651420 Hi team, From last 3 months whenever i book cylinder after few days the delivery person calls and ask to come along with a empty cylinder 1km away from my society. The reason he is always giving is the vehicle is broken and can't move further. Today on 4th may 2020 he qgain called and is asking to come to some market with empty cylinder. On complaining to him then he said he will come when he gets time to my society. This type of behavior is ridiculous and if agency are not capable of delivering the cylinder to consumers then they should stop this agency and also take strict action against such delivery persons and have a proper process set to ensure consumer are not been tortured by their such employees. This is the second time i have to write about this agency. Hopefully this time i guess sine action is taken to improve such kind of issue that we are facing regularly. I agree with this complaint - "I recently visited the Anurag HP gas agency to refill the cylinder and was disappointed with the behavior of the staff, particularly the ladies at the front desk. Their attitude towards customers was not welcoming, and their demeanor was unprofessional. I believe that good customer service is essential for any business, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I hope the agency takes steps to improve the behavior of their staff to ensure a better experience for all customers."
