I booked a hotel with OYO, but when I reached the Hotel it was only for couples like sex business. When contacted with OYO support team they postponed the call and did not provide any resolution to my issue. It's not a matter of money it's a matter of ethics and transparency they should keep.

All they answer is that the property owner is not picking up the call so we couldn't do anything.

Updated by sonia_mutha I called the OYO team for approx 20 times but every time the resolution I got was they would contact the property owners and let me know. And property owner is saying that we stayed at hotel for 2 days. I have proof of cab taking us to other hotel on that particular day.
