On 15 th jan myself visit the kelanagar aligarh branch regarding status of an account opening but staff mr amit pandey misbehaved and told me go outside from bank.
This is gross misconduct of an staff towards to senior citizen.
I have already been submitted the written complaint on 16/01/2018 but till date no action taken by the branch.
