I have purchased a cell phone by order to amazon on[protected] with order no.[protected]. Te same was supplied by rocket commerce llp, kancharakannahalli of hosakote, karnataka 560067 under invoice no. Blr5-15399 and received by me on[protected] and put in use on 18=04-2018. The payment ofrs.6999/- was made through my credit card of s. B. I. Since purchase of the cell phone, it is troubling me with (1) suddenly goes to hold automatically (2) my voice is not received by the other end (3) when i open one app, suddenly number of apps are opening. I don't want this phone even after it is repairable. Because i don't use repaired on as it needs frequent repairs. I want replacement with an another phone even on higher configuration and cost wise also. I pay the extra amount. I need opp cell phones-3 model. Please do the needful. Thanq.
