Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a transaction with Anytime Fitness, Noida Sector 74. I made a payment of ₹10, 500 on **11th September 2024** for membership at their gym. However, as of **28th September 2024**, I have not received my access card, despite multiple follow-ups, both in person and over the phone.
On visiting the gym several times, I received no satisfactory response, and today, I was issued a GST invoice dated **28th September 2024**, which does not reflect the actual date of my payment. I believe this to be an attempt to misrepresent the facts. I have attached the payment receipt for your reference.
Due to the inconvenience and unprofessionalism I have experienced, I kindly request a full refund of ₹10, 500.
