This complaint regarding my order placed on 11th November 2023 for Distance Map Wallet Cards through your website (https://aparnadesigns.in/). The total amount paid for the product was ₹650 (₹350 for the product and ₹300 for additional customization), which was completed via online payment (₹350 on the website and ₹300 through Google Pay).
The product was expected to be delivered within a week. However, this delivery did not occur, prompting me to follow up multiple times via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Initially, I was informed of a delay in delivery, but after several follow-ups, I was repeatedly ignored and received no further response from your side.
After several weeks of non-communication, the order was marked as delivered on your website, which I found extremely concerning as I never received the product. I have requested the tracking ID of the shipment from the logistics provider, but my request has gone unanswered.
As of today, the product remains undelivered, and I feel misled and deceived by the false information provided. I am requesting an immediate refund of the full amount of ₹650 for the undelivered product. Was this information helpful? |
