I have been working remotely for nearly 3 months under the supervision of Adarsh Pagare, but to date, I have not received any salary. In fact, he even took money from me under the pretense of “account verification.”
This appears to be a fraudulent setup. Adarsh Pagare hires individuals, assigns them regular work, and when it comes to payment, he offers false excuses such as bank issues, illness, or server downtime — with a new excuse almost every day. He then becomes unreachable, often turning off his phone during salary discussions.
There is no actual company structure — everything is handled solely by him. I have valid proof of my employment including an offer letter and communication records.
