I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding non-payment of wages by an individual named Mr. Adarsh Pagare, who hired me for a remote job via the job portal Indeed.
I was hired on 09-May-2025 for a remote position through the job portal Indeed by an employer-
named Adarsh Pagare. Despite diligently working since then till 2nd August, I have not received any salary despite multiple promises.
Whenever my salary was due, I was given excuses such as “bank server is down, ” “I am sick, ” or “payment will be processed tomorrow.” Recently, the employer has become unresponsive, ignoring my messages and switching off their phone when I try to discuss payment.
He even sent a false screenshot claiming the payment had been made and that the amount would reflect in my account shortly — but it never did.
Furthermore, Mr. Pagare falsely claimed on multiple occasions that he had personally visited the bank and deposited the salary amount. I have preserved chat screenshots where he has made these false statements. Despite these claims, no amount has been credited.
I have an official offer letter and detailed records of our communication, which clearly demonstrate this pattern of exploitation.
