Sir, i am a resident of newly constructed moni durga apartment, nagaon. My electricity metre no. X0149353 and consumer no.[protected]. Its a pure non commercial household connection but the apdcl nagaon put the excess load of 8 kilo unit which is very high in respect of home connection. Moreover, i never use ac or guiser also.in spite of my request, the concerned jr. Engineer of apdcl, nagaon office is not ready to decrease my load and his behaviour also very rude towards customers. Please help me in this matter.
