I am writing to report an issue regarding an electricity bill payment made through the APEPDCL website.

• Date & Time of Payment: 10th September 2025, 06:53 PM
I successfully initiated the payment through BHIM, and the amount was debited from my account. On the BHIM payment confirmation page, I received a message stating that the payment was received by billdeskAPEPDCL. However, after the transaction, I was redirected back to the payment page and received an error message: "Transaction error, please try again."
Unfortunately, I did not receive any payment receipt, and the paid amount has not been reflected on the APEPDCL electricity bill page. This has caused confusion and concern, as the transaction appears successful on my end but is not acknowledged by the billing system.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure that the payment is properly credited to my electricity account. Please let me know if any further details or documents are required.
