We have approached Apex Techno World in Dec 2018 and have signed up an agreement for Amazon Seller Support Inbound Process. We have paid 5 lac rupees as security on 15th Dec 2018. Our primary point of contact was Sakshi and secondary point of contact was Nikita. While sign up we met the director Varsha Soni and she made big big promises.
We were advised to hire 30 people for the process within 30days and they also told us that they will finalize the shortlisted candidates. From 19th Dec til 2nd Jan these guys played around and did not even respond properly to our messages or calls. Finally after a lot of argument and mails they have started doing the screening process. They used to be available for 1 hour everyday and during that time they used to screen my candidates. Finally by 13th Jan 2019 we were done with the candidates. During this time we have been asking them again and again about the server configuration that they said we need to have, but they were again clueless and hence skipped the topic. After pongal vacations when we asked for training and live date, they said the candidates have to go thru another round of interview which is operations round. We agreed to it inspite it was not informed earlier, hoping that these guys were genuine. They have conducted interviews for 4 days @ 1 hr per day for 10 people per slot. And after 2 days they said they are not going to give us the process as our candidates did not meet the client expectations. They did not even give us the results of the second screening. The best part is that I have had hired 50% people from Amazon Seller Support process from.hyderabad and when questioned these guys dint have any answer.
After this they started arguing big time and started playing the blame game and finally said that they will give us RBL credit card inbound process for 60 seats and they will pay the additional security of 1 lac from their side as a compensation for our loss of time. We hired 60 people and we were assured that a trainer would be here in our office in 2 days time. And we would go live in a weeks time. We were also assured that they would take care of all the stuff and i just need to have associates, headsets and computers with internet. The training started again @ 1 hr per day for 1 month and everytime we ask about trainer the trainer cries and makes an emotional blackmail. They say they are working hard and we are creating nuisance. Finally all the agents were approved for going live by end of Feb 2019. Now again another drama started. We were asked to procure a GSM GATEWAY and SERVER, and we did it by shelling out more money. We bought 2 GSM Gateways each with 32 port and a Dual Processor Server with 4TB storage expandable to another 16 TB. Now they said my agents needs to make outbound calls for a week and once approved we will go live with inbound. We said OK and they were supposed to give us data. We waited and waited and waited, but we dint get any data nor any response for our messages.
After lot many calls and follow ups we finally get a mail on 19th March stating that they are terminating our contract and are forefeiting our money we paid towards advance as we failed to meet their requirement on time.
We posted a complaint on consumer forum and then they come to an agreement to pay us back if we delete our comment. We agreed even then and deleted. They did not stick to their end of bargain and started threatening us that they will pay us back in 60 days and if we speak or do anything negative about them they will not give us our money back.
It has been 60 days and when asked they did not bother to respond. We raised a complaint on consumer saathi and they started warning us again that they will stop the refund process.
This is the same motive that these guys work on. Emotionally Blackmailing, Threatening and stuff. Not only me there are other centers who have been duped the same way and no one has ever been paid back.
The only reason you do not see any negative comments about them is because they play around with you and ensure you do not put up any negative comments in the name of refund.
The guarantee cheque they gave also did not work as they stopped the payment and the director also wrote on the back that the cheque cannot be encashed.
Please do not trust these guys and fall for the scam.
Now they may even say that I did not fulfill the manpower hence they terminated the contract. The same happened with a center in Chennai and another center in Coimbatore. Dont know how many more have been scammed by these gang of ladies.
