Got cheated by Apex Techno World, Mumbai. And Srimin technologies pvt ltd based in Ahmadabad
We had approached Srimin technologies pvt ltd based in Ahmadabad Srimin technologies pvt ltd is run by Rahul Anandkumar Nai, Siddarth Sharma Address #408, Mauriya, Atria, Opp Kalgi Apartment, Near Atithi Restaurant Bodakdev, Ahamadabad for the Voice project of RBL (ratnakar bank ltd ) In bound process and they said upfront amount was Rs 600000/- and they will do direct SLA with Apex Techno World Address:106, Diamoda Gold, Tanvi Complex, S.V road, Dahisar(e[protected]company run by Varsha Soni) and The same we paid at two instances viz. Rs.1, 80, 000/- on 1.02.2019 and Rs. 4, 20, 000/- on 20.02.2019, paid to M/s. SRIMIN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. The said sum of Rs. 6, 00, 000/- (Rupees Six Lakh Only) at the time of SLA which was made on 20.0.2019 with APEX TECHNO WORLD for RBL ratnakar bank ltd Inbound Process.. Our primary point of contact was Trupti Marathe and secondary point of contact was Karishma /Shreya Joshi/Anisha . While sign up we met the Director Varsha Soni and she made big promises like we would like to grow with you an all that.
We were advised to hire 25 people for the process within 30days and they also told us that they will finalize the shortlisted candidates. They used to be available for 1 hour every day and during that time they used to screen our candidates. After all the selection happened suddenly they came up with the surprise that there will be a ops round interview which was not mentioned to us earlier they said the candidates have to go thru another round of interview which is operations round. We agreed to it in spite it was not informed ea rlier. They have conducted interviews for 4 days @ 1 hr per day for 10 people per slot. And after 2 days they said candidates are ok and Finally by 22th of April 2019 we were done with the candidates. Meanwhile they had asked us to take 25 sim cards of our choice they said the same Numbers needs to be registered with Rbl Bank for the inbound process. They suggested few names in the market for server configuration and dialer which we bought which costed us 2.85 lakhs .they also insisted us to take leased line for the center and we had taken Airtel leased line which costed us 2lakhs per annum they really clue less about most of the thing, We acted according to their instructions hoping that these guys were genuine. Then they said that they will start the training. While the SLA was signed we were told that we a trainer would come to our center and do a physical training but they failed to do that .They were very emotional and said that it will take time for a physical trainer to arrange .Then they said that we will do a skype training we also agreed as we wanted to start the project. Then one more surprise was awaited to us they said we cannot see who is training us there will be only voice training .They emotionally said that all the team are girls here and they are shy (I failed to understand that they were fake)still be agreed to go ahead they started the training again They used to be available for 1 hour only every day from 12pm to 1 pm .Then the training started first it was started with Nyra Singh (so called Trainer) started reading the paragraph and said my team member to write down about RBL bank it sounded more like a dictation rather the training .I was upset with the training and called Shreya Joshi and said this was not training and also Nyra singh Did not even know to pronounce certain words .As I am a certified Trainer I had asked few question they failed to answer as they did not know anything.2nd day again Nyra Singh came online and started telling me that sir why did you complain to Varsha Mam and started crying over the skype the trainer cries and makes an emotional blackmail all my team were surprised a trainer crying in front of almost 25 people .I again complained Shreya Joshi and she agreed to change the trainer and Shreya Joshi her self-started training and she was little better than Nyra singh. The training went on for almost 15 days as there was holidays in between .Then the training got over the training was nothing but the introduction of RBL bank and details about Platinum Credit card .Then they said that they will start mock calls .They gave us the Script but it was clearly understood that it was out bound script I again raised the question regarding the same .They said it was just for the demo call the candidates will be well versed with that and they can do better inbound I agreed .Then they started one on one mock call with all the candidates for 1 week .after one week they said we will have to do out bond for 7 days and I was surprised as this was not discussed with us earlier nor mentioned in the agreement .Then we still agreed do a 7 days of demo call on the 7th day evening I had called the point of contact Karishma and told her that we have successfully completed the demo call when will our center become live To be surprised again she said you will have share us 20 confirm sales only then we will make your center live I started arguing with her that this is not fair and it was not told to me earlier nor mentioned in the agreement .I said I will further no do any outbound calls she said do whatever you want .I was surprised the way she spoke to me .Then Shreya Joshi called me and said give and 20 sales and we will make your center live and my guys started doing hard core sales form 13th of May- 2019 every day we use to generate the leads and we used to send them the data to APEX TECHNO WORLD then a girl named Anisha Started calling us that the data sent is in not the correct format again they had not sent us any format .We had made the format and sent the data .Then she spoke to me and I had argument over the data issue and she sent me photograph of a format that to over whatsapp not over the mail so un professional .Later my manager made the format according to their requirement and started sharing the data every day .Every day the we got reply that the leads sent were defaulters for already applied for card etc etc .I got so irritated as these bunch of people who used to call me are harassing me .They used to send data which is already been shared to some other center (not the fresh data)as all the customer used to tell us that they have already got many times from RBL, also they used to share us the data without names and force us to call on the data were my guys used to get abused and when requested send us the fresh data they threatened us to call us the same data both shreya Joshi and Anisha they said we can’t waste the data I said you are working for a professional bank and you can’t do this as it spoils the name of bank (RBL)they were really not bothered about the service .I Again requested the team to make the center live but they said my staffs are not compatible after 34 days of calling to the customers .Every day we had sent them data were defaulters or already applied for card etc etc according to them by the we had sent 226 genuine leads from our center and they said except for 9 confirmed leads all the other leads were defaulters or already applied for card etc etc we asked them to provide the proof for card rejection Initially Anisha said they will provide the same and one day she sent the revert on the leads but did not provide the proof and started emotional blackmail stating that spoke to the management and said they can’t not provide the screen shot .I literally argued on the issue but did not agree on the same .And also 10 working days they did not revert on the leads and told us that the server of the bank was not working .They were just buying time from us .At the end I got frustrated and Sent a mail to them that I want to withdraw the project as I was unhappy with the project .They did bot revert for 8days and later I mailed them again that I was trying to call but were not responding and instantly a mail popped up that they are available on call and I also got a call from Trupti Marate and sooke to me for 20min or so and said she will resolve the issue by tomorrow 1pm that is 28th of june and I got a legal notice from Apex tecnoworld on 28th of June -19 from their lawyer that our company has been terminated as they our center is not capable our contract and are forfeiting our money we paid towards advance as we failed to meet their expectation
Initially we thought we they are frauds but we even saw a live center of RBL in their office who were attending the calls and RBL stickers all over the office which is located at Daishar E, Travis Daimoda, 106. Mumbai., Mumbai, Mumbai City District, Maharashtra, India.
Then after so many day Varsha soni Spoke to me over concall along with siddarth (srimintechnologies pvt ltd)and trupti marate and they started explaining the same story that the center is not capable etc and can’t pay us the money we paid as advance also threatening me that do whatever you want .They are so confident that they can come out of the scam by cheating people .
This is the same motive that these guys work on. Emotionally Blackmailing, Threatening and stuff. Not only me there are other centers who have been duped the same way and no one has ever been paid back.
The only reason you do not see any negative comments about them is because they play around with every one and ensure you do not put up any negative comments in the name of refund.
Please do not trust these guys and fall for the scam.
Now they may even say that I did not fulfill the requirement. The heard same happened with a center in vishakapatnam Chennai and another center in Coimbatore also in ranchi now. Dont know how many more have been scammed by these gang of fraud ladies.Also they have been cheating in the name of different companies which is run by these sale ladies group (Name of the companies Synapse Teleco / Cubix Technologies/ Pheonix Infotech/ Cubix Telecom all the companies were operated in the same building same address )Also supported by Srimin technologies pvt ltd Rahul Anandkumar Nai, Siddarth Sharma/Neha malik Address #408, Mauriya, Atria, Opp Kalgi Apartment, Near Atithi Restaurant Bodakdev, Ahamadabad
played with our career and lives, they are playing tricks and dragging things, threatening and cheating us
I have lost over 40lakhs because of their scam My center set up coast, server cost employee cost for past 3 months, Rent of the center etc etc
