Apex Telecom — Asking for money reason I have not started their work

+[protected] This number is disturbing me and asking for money because I have not started their work. They are harassing me by saying that they will take legal actions over me.
After I said that they are fraud they then giving messages like “nits send kar du” what does it mean I dont know.
I am just knowing that they are fraud thats it
