I am mr. Johnbabu applied for a loan of rs. 5, 00, 000 (Five lakhs only). After a long harassment they compromised to give a loan of 4, 30, 000/- at the interest at 11%, mean while they sent on person from dhfl pramerica asked me to sign a cheque of rupees rs. 41, 000/- for insurance.
Finally apnapaisa send me a note on my mail rs. 4, 50, 000/- at the rate of 28%. Responding to that on 28th december 2018 i sent my resentment to cancel my application and i dont want loan,
And on 31st of dec 2018 fullerton india forcefully deposited only 4, 12, 966/-. And further 41, 000/- is deducted from my account.
Please guide me from this financial nexus, i am mentally tortured. No receipts and no replies.
