Hi,
We have contacted Apollo 247 diagnostic centre to perform ANA Profile.. which is suggested by a doctor, we have booked that on telephone they said ANA Profile is equivalent to the test (ANA/ANF), IFA test and they said ANA Profile and (ANA/ANF) both are same, I paid the money, they collected and produced the report.. After showing that report to the Doctor.. Doctor said it is wrong.. They charged me Rs.4000/-. I contacted Apollo Diagnostics and got a sample report of ANA Profile.. which is completely different than whay they have provided.. Now Customer care is not responding.. Kindly help me in fixing this issue. I need my money back as they have misguided us by paying for a wrong Blood test.
