My name is Prashantha Kumar Shetty & I have taken yellow fever vaccination in Apollo Clinic (Indiranagar, Bangalore) on 19/12/2020. They have given doctor's letter pad with stamp as mentioned that was the certification.
Since I am planning to travel Mozambique country for employment purpose, it is mandatory to produce yellow fever vaccination certificate at immigration.
While I contacted Apollo Clinic (Indiranagar), they doesn't have any information about the yellow fever vaccination certificate & they asked me to give any format for the same.
This yellow fever vaccination should be taken once in 10 years & the passenger must carry certificate for abroad travel.
Now I am in pandemic situation neither I can't take another dose nor have any certificate.
My complaint is why Apollo Clinic is giving yellow fever vaccination without government approval...?
Who is authorizing them for vaccination, if they aren't able to issue certificate...?
How could I resolve this (m vaccination) problem...?
