Myself Ritam Naskar, age 29, a Cervical Spine Patient wat to laudge a severe complaint against Dr. Pavel one of Apollo home care service therapist. He had a visit today at 7:35 pm at my residence. I was prescribed with Faradic stimulation for 15mins and Ultra sound therapy by Dr. Hom choudhary. I am suffering from a cervical spinal injury, which is a delicate spot in the human body. THE MACHINE USED BY Mr. Pavel WAS FAULTY, WHICH CAUSED A SEVERE CURRENT SHOCK ON MY SHOLDER AND NECK MUSCLES . THE SHOCK WAS SO SEVERE THAT ITS STARTED A SEVERE HEADACHE AND TRAUMATIZED MY CERVICAL SPINE WITH A PAIN I CANNOT EXPLAIN IN WORDS. ACCORDING TO Dr. Hom Chaudhury MY CERVICAL SPINE IS IN A DELICATE SITUATION, ANY UNWANTED TRAUMA CAN LEAD TO COMPLETE PARALYSIS. THUS, SUCH VIOLENT SHOCK WAS A LIFE RISK TO ME. I THEREFORE WANT A SEVERE ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST Mr. Pavel and Apollo Home Care Services.
