Namaste… my name is dr deepa Wagadre/ galphat . i am employ of apollo hospital indore i want to file complaint against my HOD (dr padam sharma )& (ms varsha from hr department). This people are allegelly coment on my personal apperance n personality.they torture me mentally n harresh me mentally .dr padam gives mean comments to me n other females reapective doctors.
Today i am doing my job on 5 th floor n varsha from hr called me n told me to meet her & then told me about my wearing hair makeup n dressup in bad manner. I am doing my duties honestly I am a doctor i know the significance of this noble profession but dr padam n varsha mentally torture me by giving me bad comments on my dressup. Hair n makeup.it is highly unethical to comment on any employee either he or she is doctor or any other norml employe, I want heiher authority to look in to this matter. *Kindly take against action on it *literally disterb Me mentally this people are promoting rasissm body shaming also. Dr padam sharma hod of department gives the bad n mean comments on me m other female doctors too.i am feel ashamed being a employe of apollo where this people treat us like this .i am highly disterb by their actions n unable to do my work properly in the hospital.
Note *Being a doctor i always wear formal n decent clothes.*
