Dear Apollo Pharmacy Customer Support,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at one of your Apollo Pharmacy stores in kolathur.
I requested to purchase only 5 tablets of a prescribed medicine. However, the pharmacy staff refused to provide the required quantity and insisted that I purchase the entire strip/bundle, even though I only needed five tablets.
This practice causes unnecessary financial burden and may lead to wastage of medicines. As a customer, I expect to be able to purchase the quantity prescribed by my doctor, provided the medicine can be dispensed in smaller quantities without affecting safety or regulatory requirements.
I request you to:
Clarify your policy on dispensing medicines in partial quantities.
Investigate why the store refused to provide only the required number of tablets.
Take appropriate action to ensure customers are not forced to purchase more medicine than they need.
