With ref. to the Bill No.BL 10672, dated.02.06.17, with bill totalling Rs.15, 000.00, the clinical services provide at the above Clinic is very irritating. With ref. to the above, the patient Mrs. Mohanasundari was kept there for hours together without making ready the Equipment for he operation to be carried out, for which the apportionment was fixed 3 days earlier. The X-Ray procedure repeated due to the Non Functioning of the concern equipment and the clinical(operation) carried out with so painful to the patient, procedures repeated, not in a smart way, as that equipment was also not in working condition. Also to be mentioned that the Operation was voluntarily carried out at both left and Right sides against the appointment for one side only. For these unequipped Facilities, the Duty Doctor, scolded the Duty Nurse in front of the patient, with filthy words, irritating the patient. Request the Action Taken Report and the Patient's painful duration of the Worst services carried out by the Apollo White Dental, Adyar and Compensation for the same.
