[Resolved]  Apostheosis Solutions Pvt. Ltd — Refund of Payment Rs.20200/-

Initially I received a phone call from Delhi (Naukarialerts office) stating that they have got job opportunities with them in metropolitan cities. First they told me to pay online Rs.1800/- but since I didn't have fund in my a/c, I was told to deposit cash on next day before 12 p.m i:e in the name of Apostheosis Solutions Pvt.Ltd. & upon constant conversation with them I verified if I had to pay any more amount & they said no. Then I sent scan copy of whatever doc they require from me. After some days they phoned me & said that I just have to pay a final amount of Rs.2999/- for verification of docs. Again since i had no fund I borrowed Cr card from my friend to make the payment as they said it will do. But whilst processing the details online they made another transaction of 14999/- saying that this amt is required for a/c activation. Which was really shocking for me. All this process just took place in a hurry. Till today they have not provided me a job. They are saying that refund is not possible. Therefore please help me. This process started fro 13/12/2013. I can also provide the deposit slip, & Cr card statement for your reference.
