[Resolved] Appario Retail Private Limited — Fake power bank has given and And customer care is fooling me by giving nonsense answers. | |||
I had bought a power bank of Amazon basics with 6 months warranty in April 2024. But this product stopped working in 1st use.. when I contacted customer care of Appario Retail Private Limited they asked me to send invoice and video. I did as they said. I have been emailing them continuously for the last one month. Every time these people make some excuse or the other and ask to send the video of the product again. I have sent videos in 3 different formats MP4, AVI and MOV which can be easily played in Windows, Android and Mac, yet every time those people give the same reply Video does not play, product logo isn't visible or share authentic video. While they themselves do not know the meaning of authentic. These people are just trying to waste my time till the warranty is up. I have seen many videos on YT of frauds done by Appario Retail Private Limited. These people have cheated a lot of customers. They are cheating the customers by giving fake or duplicate products.
