On 4th december, 2016 your associate appco marketing representative mr. Sourabh and shiva sharma has came to my residence and offered the two hd set top box with yearly plan and taken the cheque no.007676 for the installation. Number of times i have contacted both the persons on their mobile no. [protected] and [protected] respectively and all the times i was told that with in two days the connection will be installed. At last i have contacted at your customer care, mr. Pushkaran ranjan and discussed about my problem, he has given me the complained no. Pu586ke and told that with in 72 hrs. The matter will we resolve, but nothing has been done. To day also i have contacted mr. Vipul on appco marketing, who is saying that by monday they will see to it.
