When i was applying for the ap pgecet exam, during my first payment it showed the message payment failed but money was debited.
But as on the request, i immediately have done the 2nd payment from another account then the payment was a success.
I didn't get my debited money till now.
So kindly look forward into this situation and take appropriate action sir
