[Resolved]  Appin Technology Belgaum — fraud

Firstly i had met manager of appin technology(belgaum) Mr. praveen v.t. and asked for placement service. He took Rs. 5000 from me on july 2013 for placement in Globus company and later he never contacted me. When i called him, he said recession is going on and forced me to join ethical hacking course. Again he took Rs. 21000 from me on aug and dec of 2013 and never contacted. When i asked for the class and training, he said that he will not conduct classes or traininig or placement until i pay Rs. 20000. He started blackmailing me. Please do help me i'm totally frustrated.
