Apple, Ivenus, Venus Data Products — provide a solution and a proper handset as replaced handset was damaged. poor service and behaviour of i venus staff.

I bought an iphone 7 on 5th april 2017 and within a week i was at the service station that the phone has issues as screen was not working properly and wifi use to get auto disconnect, battery drainage issues etc etc. but they did not do anything, they did not even check my phone; after monthly visits my schedule could permit i use to go to service center.

around feburary end or in march i went to them again and still they told me that my phone has no issues so i request that they run simple test on the phone to check the performance of my screen. they found issues and kept my phone under observation for two days and later told me that "they could not replicate the issue, so they have to send it to bangalore center, and after a week my screen was replaced. but after 10 days i was back at the service station as battery was draining very fast and in 20 mins of charging the phone will charge only 2 %, slow typing and slow swipe was also the issues. they again took the phone under observation after too many request and pleading. two days later, they said they could not replicate the issue and the phone needs to be sent to bangalore again; so i told them to provide me with permanent solution. so they told me they'll try for replacement and after a week i was called to take my replaced phone. i went there and saw the phone that phone that dent and scratches n discolouration

i told them there and then that i won't take this phone, they told me that if phone is not in proper condition from outside that does not mean its not proper from inside. i told no still they told me its there closing time and all other excuses and my dad who had accompanied me to the center talked to them, they assured my dad saying that they take full grantee and there's warranty for 90 days and what not. and if the phone has issues they change the phone and i had to go with my dad's decision

but within half an hour, on the same day, i was at the service station again and told them about how the phone keeps hanging and has display glitches and touch id is not working properly. they blamed it on my backup saying it may have bugs. and told me to that i did not know how to operate the touch id and told me to use the phone without backup for 2 days and with back up for 2 days and revert to them. i went to them after four days and told them nothing has changed. problems are still there. then they blamed it on my apple id, social media apps like whatsapp, instagram and snapchat, saying that because of the apps it was not working properly so i used my phone without signing apple id and cloud id, without any apps; at factory settings in front of them and still it hangs and touch id was not working.

they turned there backs on me and i had to contact customer care. i contacted them on 2nd april 2018 and on 20th april 2018 i get there last call stating that they could not do anything as its the device seller who is not giving providing proper details to solve the issue. i went to the seller again and they deny of even the product having damage, irrespective of the fact that i've reports given by them with me that i've shared below, which clearly states that the handset has hardware damage and software issue.

my reference case id is[protected]. i've been with this defective phone for more than a year and when i got replacement, even the replaced piece had hardware damage and software issues. i need a solution, this whole this is mental torture. i'm without a proper phone from 19th of march 2018, customer care took more than two weeks and yet could not provide me with proper phone. they (seller) go back on their words and lie to customer care. they did this with the calls they use to get from customer care regarding this case and when conference call was done they would accept that they did say all those things and about how i told them the handset has dent, scratches and discolouration, etc and they were the one who said that they take guarantee and the replaced device has 90 days warranty also. every time they would say that they could not replicate the issue which according to them means that the device had no issues, yet they would sent it to bangalore and the issue would be detected there and the solution was provided, this time they are again saying that they could not replicate the issue yet they don't sent it to bangalore nor provide customer care with proper response.

this whole things has been a mental torture, especially the way staff of i venus service center behaves is very bad. i need a solution, i need a proper phone that is in proper working condition, hardware wise as well as software wise.

please help me and solve my grievance.
