Bright N Power Marketing Ltd — Defective Inverter Battery

1. I had specifically requested for Sukam Inverter and Sukam Battery from Bright N’Power. Instead I was given a Sonic Battery and was told that the Sukam Battery was a failure model and hence Bright N’Power is not providing Sukam Batteries any more.
Later it was brought to my notice that Bright N Power have lost the Authorized dealership for Sukam Batteries.
2. I raised complaint with Bright N power on 8th April. They asked me to contact Sukam. I raised complaint No. [protected] on 9th April.
3. Sukam Engineer finally came and checked on 16th April (1 Week after the complaint and after 15 calls)
4. I was told that the Battery was a defective one and Sukam closed it from their end.
5. I got back to Bright N power and informed the same.
6. Bright N Power Engineer finally came on 19th April and took the Inverter and Battery a without providing any Backup. I was told it will take 2 days to provide the replacement.
7. It is 23rd April and there is no information yet from Bright N Power on the status of the battery.
8. It has been 16 days now that I am without an Inverter in Kelambakkam which has 8 hours of powercut.
