Appsc — facing psc.ap.gov.in says something went wrong, please try again after sometime

I try to submit the application which was filled and paid Application Fee for LECTURERS IN GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES (ENGINEERING AND NON ENGINEERING) IN A.P. TECHNICAL EDUCATION SERVICE (GENERAL RECRUITMENT) NOTIFICATION NO.23/2018, Dt.31/12/2018 - has been enabled - (Published on 06/02/2019) but i am getting error message as per below

PSC.AP.GOV.IN SAYS Something went wrong, Please try again after sometime

Please help me how i can submit the application form.

I already provided all required mandatory fields and try to save to generate Application Reference ID But i am getting above error.
