Aprilia India & Ssr Motors, Chennai, Tambaram — Complaint Against Aprilia India & SSR Motors Defective Bike

I purchased an Aprilia bike from SSR Motors, Tambaram West, Chennai (Irumbuliyur - 600045) and have been facing continuous issues since March 2024.

Despite following regular service schedules and raising complaints from the beginning, the bike has had multiple serious problems:

Battery replaced twice

Coil replaced

Fuel pump replaced – I paid over ₹5, 000 for this

Now, engine issues and timing belt problems

I took the bike to the authorized service center (Savirro Motors) where I was asked to pay ₹3, 500+ again and told to wait over 10 days due to lack of technical staff. It’s extremely frustrating to be without the bike for so long, with no real resolution in sight.

This bike feels like a second-hand vehicle despite being less than a year old. The product has clearly been defective from the start, but neither SSR Motors nor Aprilia India is taking responsibility. This is a serious lapse in customer service and product quality.

I will not accept the bike back unless this issue is resolved properly. If no action is taken, I am ready to pursue legal action for the losses and mental stress caused by this experience.

I request immediate attention and a permanent resolution.
