I’m Chittaranjan Pattananayak, from a small town of Odisha, despite knowing the after sales service is scared I dared to purchase a aprillia scooter last July from Raj Motors, Bhubaneswar, which is about 270 km away, during selling they assured me to provide service, now, I found my scooter getting a starting problems, when I contact them they said there’s a defect in the fuel pump, the company replacing that of their own, you need to replace, as now my scooter has starting problems it’s risky to drive such a long distance, so I insisted to replace that at my nearest, but no one neither from customer service nor from sales point listen to my case rather they don’t pick up calls,
