Details of the Issue

I placed an order for 5 KG of millet malt from the millet malt company.

The company dispatched the parcel through ANL Parcel Service.

According to the available parcel information, the shipment reached ANL Kurnool.

However, the ANL Kurnool branch delivered the parcel to the wrong person instead of delivering it to me.

I have therefore received none of the 5 KG millet malt that was ordered.

I have contacted/attempted to resolve the matter, but the product has still not been delivered to me.

ANL Kurnool is responsible for the handling and delivery of the parcel after receiving it. Delivering a customer's parcel to an incorrect person is a serious service failure.
