[Resolved] Apsttc — Payment pending in APSRTC wallet. But amount deducted from bank account

On[protected], Rs. 5075/- is paid two times from SBI bank to APSRTC wallet.
Amount is deducted from bank twice.
But APSRTC wallet is showing as pending payment

Complaint marked as Resolved
APSRTC replied first by email that it was a failed transaction.
Afterwards. SBI bank contacted me and amount refunded in 5 days.

Updated by Gsree Andhra pradesh State Road Transport Corporation app is not working properly. Whenever amount is transferred to APSRTC wallet, amount is being deducted from bank amount, but not added in APSRTC wallet. immediately, APSRTC app is being logout automatically.
