Dear Sir/Madam I want to complaint against APX BPO services and Sunil sunil jadhav [protected] who is sending me threatening messages to pay Rs 3400 and after that you have to pay Rs 15000.APX BPO Services are harrasing me again and again and forcing me to work on Staurdays and Sundays which is against Labour Laws and also to work on Holidays also which is also against the labour laws also.My request is to bring APX BPO services and Sunil sunil jadhav [protected] to the consumer court and district court as soon as possible and also made a criminal case under section IPC 420, IPC 93 for providing false evidence and IT Act 2000 against APX BPO services and Sunil sunil jadhav [protected] also.These people are harrasing all the candidates who are working APX BPO services by that and send them legal notices also.My request is to take an immediate action against APX BPO services and Sunil sunil jadhav [protected] as soon as possible and cancel the license of Sunil sunil jadhav [protected] as soon as possible as they have not paid me any thing for my work for 6 days also.Please take action as soon as possible.Thanks With Best Regards Samir kale
