Company called “Aqua Cure Plus” – Attaching the AMC bill from them with the contact details for your reference. This company cheated me by stating that they are an authorised dealer of Eureka Forbes for my Aquaguard Water filter “Reviva Nxt” and offered me a AMC of the product effective October 3rd, 2023. On March 8th, there was a water leakage issue in the machine and when I contacted them for service, the service engineer attended on Mar 9th and said the motor has to be replaced and cost has to be borne by me saying that AMC will not cover the motor. When the AMC was taken, they told me only the plastic items and the wire cost has to be borne by me. When I started asking why should I bear the expenses they disconnected the call and also not responded to any of my calls. Also, when checked using other technician they confirmed that this company has used some local filters and not Eureka Forbes products. I contacted Eureka Forbes and they confirmed they are not authorized dealers of Eureka forbes as stated. I would like to get the refund of Rs. 4, 600.00 which I have paid for the AMC, as I have been cheated and also them not meeting their obligations.
