I raised a complaint to customer care number [protected] thinking that it is kent customer care. They sent one person named Deepak and introduced himself as a kent ro service executive, he told that our filters are damaged and need to be replaced. I agreed and he replaced all the filters with used ones and charged an amount of $5380 which I realized as fake after he left taking the amount when my purifier was giving alarm again.
Requesting to refund my amount from the aqua fine service.
