I purchased the ro unit from the above supplier on 21/02/2016 at a price of rs 5300/- aquafresh ro model dolfin and installed at my address sumit bhargava, flat no 2044, mahagun modern, sect 78, noida pin 201301. This is under warranty for one year, and supplier have to provide at least three free services in a first year as promised and given under warranty card. I have been requesting for the services since last three months and at least 100 phone calls but no one is responding. The water quality has also deteriorated and not worth for drinking. Kindly help and instruct supplier to fulfill his commitments at the earliest.
