These people (Aqua pure jal) persistently contacted us for the amc. Finally we agreed to let them check,
Mr. Sanjay tiwari came to check the ro machine and told that the filters need to be changed and he changed them. Charged us rs. 2490/-. He did not wait to check whether it is working properly. After he left we realised that the water was leaking from the new fitted filters and not filling the tank. Called their office number and so called 24hr helpline number, the receptionist promised to send the technician immediately. It's been 4 hours now. No one has turned up. Called mr. Tiwari's mobile number, the person who received the call was another technician said that mr. Tiwari was not available, and when i told him to send another technician, he was demanding additional charges to service the machine as this was after office hours, despite paying the 2490/-.
Requesting a refund.
