Firstly they do not come regularly as per there interval mention after so many time of following if they come the boy does not capable or doing service of aquagard properly
This is second time my aquagard machine was not working the service boy came n told me that your aquargard pcb or main cercuite board is not working this will cost me rs1800 n it is not covered in amc then i call aquagard company service for same the technician come check n change the fuse n wire connection porperly n machine started working i paid aquagard company service charges rs 300 second time
This service should be perform by aqua pure jal company as i have amc with them but their boys are train for cheating customer saying pcb not working charge extar rs 1800 n bring same pcb of the customer only
I was told twices n both the time i call aquagrad company i have to pay rs 600 to 700 instead off rs 3600
I have writen complain on amc card n ask for refund of my money back but no reply n no service
