Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I purchased an Aqua D purifier from Flipkart and have attached the invoices for your reference. On September 1, I called your customer care toll-free number for installation. They provided me with a contact number, [protected], for installation. However, when I contacted [protected], they gave me another number, [protected], for installation.

After the installation, the purifier started making a loud noise. I contacted your [protected] number again to report the issue, and they provided me with another number, [protected], for the compliance team. When I called [protected], they once again gave me the installation person's number, [protected], who had installed the purifier in the first place.

This situation is quite frustrating, as it seems your team keeps redirecting me to the same person for assistance who has not rectified the issue while installing. It is unreasonable for a customer to have to contact multiple individuals for a new purifier installation and issue resolution. Your customer care team's role should be to provide a single point of contact for customers. This situation strongly suggests that your company may be engaging in unfair practices.

Please note that I require an immediate replacement for the new purifier, or I will have no choice but to take this matter to the consumer forum to address your company's actions.

Same issue will be posted on all the social media platforms as well & tag to your MD. Arvind Kurmi – Proprietor in the issues to high light.
