I purchased your product Aqua Fresh Smoke Audi 18 Ltr (RO + UV + CU Guard + Alkaline Enhancer + Mineral Water Purifier, White | Model 202512) with the assurance of 2 years unconditional warranty and 10-day replacement guarantee.
Unfortunately, my unit became faulty on 17th September 2025. I contacted your service numbers but received no response. Later, I lodged a complaint on your website. After two days, I received a call from [protected] (Truecaller shows Vijay Kumar). He rudely informed me that warranty service would not be provided and only paid service was available, even though my product carries a 2-year unconditional warranty.
I then tried again through the website and contacted [protected], where I explained my issue. I was then redirected to another number [protected], and later to [protected]. Finally, a technician named Raushan Gupta (Contact: [protected]) visited my place.
The technician claimed that a switch was faulty but did not have the replacement part. Instead, he demanded ₹400 as service charges without resolving the issue. When I refused to pay without the problem being solved, he damaged the cables of the Aqua Fresh motor and promised to return the next day. However, he never came back.
