Aquafresh Ro Water Filter System — Worst customer service

I bought AquaFresh RO under the counter system from a shop in Hyderabad about 2 years ago who claimed as a AquaFresh dealer. But he messed up the whole system and he didn’t connect the UV filter. Also the system continuously stops and starts ever 8 minutes even though the tank was full and not been used. Since my 1 year warranty was done I called AquaFresh customer service and requested them a genuine dealer in Hyderabad so that I can get it fixed by my self. When I called their customer service phone number it always showed busy. So I tried chat then a person came he asked so many questions and finally he left the chat without giving any service phone number in Hyderabad. So my advise is never buy this system. The system is very complicated and involved lots of maintenance issues. Finally I am going to throw this system in the garbage and buy any KENT or AquaGuard water filter system.
