I purchased a Aquafresh Ro from the Aquafresh H.O. Office No – 125, Plot No – 7, Vardhman J.P. Plaza, Near Ashirwaad Chowk Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 contact No [protected] Mr R.C. Sharma promised that it rectify today but fail rectify and no engineer visited.I have requested the company replace faulty unit with new unit because it is malfunctioning of the unit whenever unit is rectified the unit works for 2 or 3 days after it again got faulty in that case i have made 100 calls to the company executive but they unable to provide solution for good supplied at the home.When i talk to Mr R.C.Sharma that no MRP, Manufacturing date, Lot No and tested OK mentioned on the cartoon i was shocked to hear that it was company policy all these things does matter and said show me the other company product that mentioned all these things.In today conversation company Executive committed that product used in the replacement are local not genie parts.Company has harass me not providing good service and still it is not working i was forced to purchase the water from the market. Kindly give the direction to the company to replace the faulty unit with new unit.Today itself conversation with Mr R.C. Sharma it will rectified by today and engineer name Mr Manoj Mob No [protected] got the assurance it will be rectified at 12.00 P.M.but no engineer visited the premises after making more than 100 calls.
