I had availed 2 years AMC for my water purifier, which was about to expire on 17/03/2019. ION Exacense is not ready to provide service and forcing me to extend AMC for next 2 years by paying Rs. 8200/-
15/03/2019 – I called up service team and requested for last pending service under existing AMC.
Technician was assigned and he comes late in the evening on the same day. Instead of doing service he starts to convince me to extend AMC. I declined and asked him to do the service under existing AMC.
He simply says it is too late for him and assures of service very next day.
16/03/2019 – No response from Technician.
23/03/2019 – Started to follow up and he responds & tells me that he will attend within 24 hours.
24/03/2019 – Called him and he bluffs he had sent a different Technician to attend, however no one visited or contacted me. Eventually I got pissed off with this guy. I asked him if he can do service or not, he rudely responds to me saying he can't do it and tells me to complain.
25/03/2019 - Called up Toll Free #[protected] to inform what happened with Technician. Customer service representative assured me of service however they wanted me to pay the service amount. I told her that this service was pending since 15/03/2019, because of their delays and also told her clearly that I am not going to pay for this service. She forwards me to the Manager.
25/03/2019 – Again same thing here also – assures me of service same day, but no one attended.
26/03/2019: Called this Guy (Manager) again. Some lady picks up the call and informs me that Manager is on leave with confused & stumbling words, and she is not sure when her Manager will be back to work.
I am assuming this is to indirectly push me to get the AMC extended.
If so, I am happy to get rid of Eureka products, rather than this unpleasant Customer service.

Please fix this issue. I want service to be done as per AMC guidelines.

I too met with the same problem with them. Was your problem resolved ?
The same issue i have facing now, but no one responding till date from past 1 week even though consintously follow up for service, no one attending complaint and not refunding our AMC amount.

ION Exacense customer toll-free number also not working nowadays. I have tried many times no one picked up. These guys are cheating all the people. I have bought AMC on 23/11/2019 for 3 years, they supposed to replace the filter after that they are not called me. Their main intention cheating the people. My customer ID:46533

same issue even we are facing we opted for AMC on Jan 17th 2021 ... Aquacare ION Exacense customer toll-free number 18604251166 : not working from couple of days . I have tried many times no one picked up . These guys are cheating many people. when i called the Technician guy Raju who visited our home for service : 7358885763 says wrong number and disconnects the call . such a fraud company . we lost our money 8530 rs .please let me know what action u have taken to resolve it
