I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of response to my repeated service requests regarding my water purifier. Despite multiple complaints

Complain No. 2 - ( Reopen, Complain No. 1 on 06 Nov 2025) - CM[protected] Complain closed on 014 Nov 2025, without any notice,
Complain No. 3 - ( Reopen, Complain No. 2 on 06 Nov 2025) - CM[protected] no technician has visited till now, and the issue remains unresolved.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I request immediate action and a confirmed appointment within the next 48 hours.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it to consumer grievance forums.
