**Fraudulent Online Seller – Aquakart Enterprise**
I am **Soumya Ranjan Behera from Rourkela, Odisha**. In **May–June 2023**, I purchased aquarium products from **Aquakart Enterprise (WhatsApp: +91 [protected], UPI ID: manishoficial\@okicici)**, paying a total of **₹22, 800** via PhonePe (SBI account).
* ₹18,[protected] – for aquarium promised to be “extra-clear optiwhite glass” with lifetime warranty.
* ₹[protected].
* ₹3,[protected] – for filter system.
Products delivered were defective:
* Aquarium was ordinary tinted glass, not “optiwhite” as advertised.
* Filtration system was already damaged.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the seller refused refund/replacement. On **[protected]**, he sent an abusive WhatsApp reply (“I don’t talk to idiots”) and blocked me. A legal notice was served but ignored.
This amounts to **fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice**. I have filed a cybercrime complaint and am pursuing a consumer forum case for refund and compensation.
**Advice to others:** Avoid dealing with Aquakart Enterprise. Do not transfer money via UPI to **manishoficial\@okicici**.
