We purchased a holiday package membership of Rs 55000 from AR Holidays on 23/03/2022 with 18 days of holiday dates. But till now when we try to book they are not responding and if they respond they say dates not available. Have tried multiple times but no luck in getting any holiday for the past two years.
Now they are asking for utility fees of Rs 4000, if I have not used any of the services why should I pay the fees, Now they have been calling every day for the fees.
kindly help is refund the money as I am fed up with their service and don't want to avail any service them.
