AR Solutions — Company did not replying to cancel my order (Order Number 3121) done on 20-march-2015

I placed order to buy MTS Blaze 5.0 (smart phone) along with techfish power bank on 20-march-2015. Company deducted full amount (Rs. 4, 999) rather than EMI of Rs. 833/- per month from my credit card. Now company is neither attending phone call nor sending the product. I have sent e-mail to cancel my order buy they are not responding.
